For refund requests, include your order number or the email address used at checkout. We offer a 14-day refund for licences that have not been activated.
Manage your subscription
Bought Pro through Lemon Squeezy? You can update your payment method, download invoices or cancel from the billing portal.
Activate a licence
After purchase you receive a licence key. Open MFI, go to the licence section of the panel, paste the key and activate. A licence currently supports one active activation. If you need to move a licence to another device and the previous activation is still counted, contact support.
